Lu came to me in May 2017 needing a change in her life. She recognized, for the sake of her health and body composition - it was time to put in some work. Set up to train in person with me 1-2x per week while emphasizing focus on her nutrition with consideration of allowing her to enjoy her weekends with her friends and two sons - We made a plan that Monday through Thursday was her grind time! And LOOK at her amazing transformation!

I heard about Kelly through one of my friends that had been training with her for about a year. Her results with Kelly were amazing and I wanted to transform my lifestyle as well. I had just had a baby 6 months prior and wanted to get healthy as well as lose some weight. I went to a consultation with Kelly before Christmas and told her my goals. With no hesitation or judgement she told me our plan of attack and asked if I was ready. I said yes and we started training shortly after. I was training with her for about 3 months. I lost many inches overall, decreased my body fat and weight as well. She taught me that the numbers on the scale didn't really matter, that the health of my body was most important. She taught me the proper way to fuel my body. Little did I know I wasn't eating enough each day, & here I thought I must have been eating too much because I couldn't lose weight. Kelly is so personable and so likable that it made training so fun. I would look forward to our sessions each week. She knows how to connect with you on a personal level no matter what your background. I had heard that she was a popular trainer and I learned first hand why. She was easy to work with and her coaching style worked. I would recommend Kelly to anyone and everyone, male or female. Even though we only worked together for a short period of time she changed my way of thinking in regards to health and fitness. So thank you Kelly, for making me more self aware of how my body works and giving me the tools I need to make myself better from the inside out!
