- Trying to figure out what to eat and how much can leave you confused - I will map out your caloric intake and make adjustments throughout the 6 weeks as necessary to fulfill your required energy to get you through the workouts. Having this dialed in is essential to ultimate fat burning and muscle building.
- Working out in the gym but don't know what to do? You will be guided through daily exercise routines using easy access of an app right on your phone. Video tutorials will give you full confidence in knowing you're doing the right workout with the right equipment. This app also allows us to track your progess with the weights you use- so you can hit new goals each time!
- Accountability is something we all need! Each week, I will follow up with you and the course of your training. I will look into your logged calories, tracked workouts and your tracked measurements
All these tools will be with you for an entire 6 weeks. If you wish to continue past the 6 weeks into another enrollment - you will be notified 2 weeks prior to the end of the course.

6 Week Online Training Program: April 1 - May 15
I do not comply with signing up and not following through with your commitment to the program. "This isn't the right time for me to start" after signing up isn't going to fly.
Along with your sign up, I promise to abide by making sure you get in the right mindset as long as you comply with keeping a postive one!! Rome wasn't built in a day, instagram models aren't role models, and no one loses weight by drinking fit tea - so get ready to make a change that will last you longer than the last diet fad you followed.
